We also charge a set fee of £30.00 inclusive of VAT for CHAPS fees on each transaction.

In addition to our costs there will be fees payable in relation to disbursements. These disbursements will differ depending on the property, the area, the cost of the property and more importantly if you are buying or selling. In order to assist, please see some example figures below: 

Searches Bundle:  
Property in Wales £149.20
Property in England £200.00

(Please be aware there may be an additional charge if it is necessary to take our further searches which would  not be included in the standard bundle fee i.e. Chancel Repair Liability Searches) 

Land Registry Searches-in most simple transactions these will not exceed £10.00. 

Fee for completion of LTT/SDLT form (Land Transaction Tax/Stamp Duty Land Tax)-  £78.00 (inclusive of VAT)
